New Delhi, Riyadh-based Nawazinda Group has announced its plans to invest in the Indian Renewable Energy sector.
Besides, it is looking to tap opportunities available in the country’s Infrastructure sector.
“We plan to invest in renewable energy sector in India’s Punjab state,” Nawazinda Group Chairman Rabiah Said Mohammed said at an event here.
The diversified group, which is in the business of clean energy, infrastructure and telecommunications, has operations in the US, the UK, Singapore, Canada and Singapore.
The company has recently participated in a clean energy conference in Chandigrah.
Mohammad Ibrahim Al Mojel, who is the chairman of tourism committee at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said that Riyadh is looking to work with India in the tourism sector.
“We want to work with Indian government to develop our new city at Red Sea coast. We have met Punjab’s tourism minister in this regard,” he said.
Saudi government is building a new city at Red Sea coast, wherein it has promised a lifestyle not available in today’s time to its citizens.
