As of today morning, there are 18,438 recovered patients – all of them -potential COVID19 carriers.
Zhao Jianping, head of an expert team working to contain the outbreak in Hubei told the magazine Southern People Weekly there were cases in China in which recovered patients continued to show traces of the virus through nucleic acid tests.
Canada too seem to have similar results.
While the publicly available data does not put a number on recovered yet infectious patients, it can potentially make the entire quarantine policy of China and multiple other nations – redundant and meaningless.
Meanwhile CDC has put Japan on the watch list for a possible outbreak.

These people, having developed immunity themselves, are not even monitored in most cases. Even conservative modelling shows that by now theirs 2nd and 3rd degree contacts would have already breached good 1 Million mark.
Professor Zhao Jianping said that the COVID 19 virus is not completely out of the body or does not produce enough antiques. Zhao Jianping recommended that all recovered patients should go through an additional quarantine period of 14 days after recovery.
As per the doctors, the symptoms start really slow. The symptoms undistinguishing from standard Flu.
After 7-10 days the critical phase begins with pneumonia setting in. Chest tightens, lungs damage becomes apparent and high fever should tell patients to immediately seek medical health.
In most recovery cases a medical intervention at this stage has helped.
Post this the disease starts shutting down the body and recovery may become irreversible.
With 18,438 recovered and 2247 dead at this time, the Virus still seem to have a mortality rate of above 10% – COVID 19 remains one the biggest threats to Human life in recent years
