Delhi Police arrive with force to investigate attack on the Chief secretory of the Delhi Government by AAP MLAs.
Kejriwal is not happy on police take action on compliant of his senior most officer

Yesterday Kejriwal’s advisor VK Jain gave a statement that he indeed witnessed the attack on CS by two of AAP MLAs going back on his original statement wherein he had said that he was in toiled at the time of alleged attack.
While moving a fresh plea of custody of Prakash Jarwal and Amanatullah Khan, the MLAs of AAP who allegedly assaulted the CS, public prosecutor told court “New facts have emerged in the case. The advisor to the CM is being interrogated and his statement under Section 164 of the CrPC has been recorded. He has given us four names”. And that the custody will help police to unearth the conspiracy.

In what is rapidly becoming a proven assault, AAP is keeping a straight face and is backing its MLAs. While the police complaint clearly mention both Kejriwal and Sisodia as witness, the CM office has denied the incident ever occurred. If the assault itself is proven, then the CM’s denial will be part of the conspiracy charges against him.
The chief secretary had alleged in his complaint by Khan and another AAP MLA during the meeting with CM and had started beating him without any provocation on his temple and head
